Your options when space runs out

1. Delete old projects. Click the trash‑can icon on any Stash Deck card. Files move to Trash instantly and disappear from storage within 24 hours.

2. Download, then delete. If you still need the footage, export the final video or caption file to your computer and then remove the project from Typei.

3. Upgrade for more headroom. The Business plan bumps you to 50 GB and the Agency plan to 250 GB, plus 30‑day automatic retention on every upload.

Automatic clean‑up: On the Starter plan, each upload auto‑expires after 7 days. When that timer runs out, the file deletes itself and the storage frees up—no manual work required.

Deleted something by mistake? Business and Agency users can restore a project from the Trash within seven days, or you can always re‑upload the original file and apply your saved caption style.
